Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Email hello@houseofvaulte.com with your order number as soon as possible.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes free standard shipping on all domestic orders across India. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return passes inspection (5–7 business days), a refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Are sale items returnable?
No. Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale.
What material are HØV bags made from?
All HØV bags are crafted from custom developed vegan leather made from post-consumer plastic collected from oceans.
How do I care for my bag?
Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and air-dry naturally. Store in the dust bag when not in use, away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Avoid contact with oils, perfumes, and alcohol-based products.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We represent colours as accurately as possible. Minor variations due to lighting or screen settings are natural and not considered defects.
Can I return an international order?
No. All international orders are final sale. Please review product details carefully before purchasing email hello@houseofvaulte.com if you have questions before you buy.
Who pays customs and import duties?
All duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. These are not included in your order total.
