Every HØV piece is designed with care and consideration. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re
here to help—simply and transparently.
What You Need to Know
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for the valid reasons listed below
• We do not offer change of mind returns
• All returns are subject to a quality inspection
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• International orders are final sale
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item:
• Is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Has all tags, dust bags, and original packaging intact
• Was not purchased on sale, customised, or bought using a promotional gift card

Valid Reasons for Return
We accept returns if:
• You received the wrong item, colour, or style
• The product arrived damaged or defective
• The item is materially different from its description
Minor variations in colour, texture, or grain due to lighting, screens, or material
characteristics are natural and not considered defects.
To help us investigate claims relating to damage, missing items, or incorrect products,
we strongly recommend recording an uninterrupted unboxing video. In certain cases,
this may be required to validate the claim.

Refunds
Once your return is approved:
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing takes up to 7-10 business days from approval
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. House Of Vaulte isn’t
responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipment
We offer free reverse pickup from most Indian pin codes.
If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area:
• You may arrange a return using a trusted courier within 3 days of approval
• Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon sharing the courier receipt
• Tracking details must be emailed to returns@houseofvaulte.com
Please use the original packaging and pack the item securely. We’re unable to take
responsibility for damage that occurs during returns arranged independently.
Inspection & Quality Check
All returned items undergo a 3-4 business day inspection once received.
Our quality team carefully reviews every return, and inspections are documented internally to
ensure fairness and consistency. All inspection decisions are made after a detailed quality
review to ensure fairness and consistency.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
• The item shows signs of use, wear, or alteration
• Tags, dust bags, or packaging are missing
• There are stains, odours, scratches, creases, deformation, or visible wear
• Protective films (where applicable) have been removed
If a return doesn’t pass inspection, the item will be shipped back to you.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment.
Refused or Failed Deliveries
If delivery is refused or repeatedly unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. Any approved
refund may have shipping and handling fees deducted.
Third-Party Purchases
Items purchased through authorised third-party platforms follow their respective return
policies, not ours.
International Orders — Final Sale
All international orders are final sale.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds once shipped
• Duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable
• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
HØV isn’t responsible for delays, holds, duties, or delivery refusals imposed by customs or local
authorities. If delivery is refused, no refund will be issued.
